The 2018 MARNET ALDER SPRINGS PINOT NOIR was fermented 10% whole cluster with only its native yeasts in a stainless steel open top tank for 14 days before going to press.
The wine is 40% Swan clone and 60% Calera clone. Aged for 10 months in 100% French Oak barrels (20% new)
Racked twice, once post-malolactic fermentation and once prior to bottling

Saline red fruit, raspberry seed, black cherry, clove
