The 2017 MARNET ALDER SPRINGS PINOT NOIR was fermented 100% destemmed with only its native yeasts in a stainless steel open top tank for 15 days before going to press.
The wine is 50% Swan clone and 50% Calera clone. Aged for 10 months in 100% French Oak barrels (20% new)
